Wellness on the Plaza

Wellness on the Plaza classes are free and open to all and are led by certified, local instructors. From weekly vinyasa yoga to kickboxing, hip-hop step, Pilates and more, there's a class for everyone on Cascade Plaza this summer.

Join us for FREE Zumba classes led by Christine Leenheer from Empower Movement Studio on select dates throughout the summer! Come and get your sweat on with some great music and dance fitness.
