How do leaders act when power is unequal, information is incomplete, and the stakes are high? This workshop examines leadership under pressure through case-based discussion focused on responsibility, institutional power, and ethical courage. Participants will leave with practical tools for navigating ambiguity, conflict, and high-stakes choices. Pre-registration is required.
