This is not a regular drag brunch. This is drag meets elevated dining at Chaval, one of Portland’s most beloved restaurants, known for Spanish and French-inspired cuisine, warm West End atmosphere, and an award-nominated culinary team led by Chef Damian Sansonetti and pastry chef Ilma Lopez.
