Do I need to have yoga experience to attend?

Not at all. This series is open to all levels - whether it’s your first class or part of an ongoing practice. Cyrus will offer guidance and options so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We also recommend comfortable clothing you can move in, and a water bottle. A limited number of mats, blocks and straps will be available on-site.

Is this class specifically for LGBTQ+ people?

This series is centered on LGBTQ+ community care and connection, and all who respect and affirm that space are welcome. Pride House SF is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for everyone.

What style of yoga can I expect?

Classes will blend Vinyasa Flow and restorative elements, with a focus on breath, grounding, and gentle exploration of movement. Expect a balance of energy and ease, with space to rest and reset.

What if I don’t feel “flexible” or confident in group spaces?

You’re not alone - and you’re absolutely welcome here. This series is about showing up as you are, without judgment. The focus is on feeling, not performing, and building comfort in your body and community over time.

Is there parking at the Center?

There is very limited parking on Waller Street and surrounding streets. We strongly suggest taking Muni to Van Ness or Church.
