Pride Run with Saucony & Lucid Motion Fitness at Sports Basement Santa Rosa

This week at Run Club we have TWO special guests joining us to celebrate PRIDE MONTH!

Nathan with SAUCONY is bringing out the new Triumph 24, Endorphin Pro 5, and Guide 19 for us to demo; and Adam with LUCID MOTION FITNESS is leading us in mobility drills, sharing tips on running form, and giving away a FREE YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP!

Rainbow or colorful apparel is STRONGLY encouraged! A $50 Sports Basement gift card goes to the most pride-ful outfit!

The route is about 3 miles, starting from Sports Basement and looping through the Kawana Springs neighborhood.

All levels are welcome — whether you're a sprinter, a casual jogger, or just getting started, there's a spot for you.

As usual, stick around after to enjoy some refreshments and pizza and mingle with your fellow runners. Fun times guaranteed!
