A magical fundraising adventure benefiting Take The Reins

This summer, Princess Fest returns to Autumn’s Gate for a storybook family adventure filled with princesses, unicorns, enchanted trails, royal courts, magical challenges, photo moments, farm animals, and a mystery unfolding across the realm.

Families are invited to step through the gate and enter a world where children are not just watching the magic , they are part of it.

Come dressed as a princess, knight, fairy, unicorn trainer, dragon-slayer, royal guard, adventurer, or magical creature and help the Princesses of the Realm discover why unicorns have appeared all across Princess Fest.

A Magical Day for the Whole Family

Princess Fest is designed as an immersive outdoor farm-and-forest event where families can explore open attractions, meet magical characters, visit unicorns, take photos, enjoy snacks , and join the kingdom for a special finale.

Guests with a Commoner Invitation can explore the open areas of Princess Fest and accompany their princess through the experience.

Children with a Princess Royal Invitation become part of one of the royal courts and rotate through the premium Princess Royal experiences.

Guests may also add a Unicorn Trainer Badge for children who want to participate in How to Train Your Unicorn and take a short led unicorn ride.

Some unicorns are elegant.
Some are tiny.
Some are colorful.
Some are silly.
Some may even be donkeycorns.

Commoner Invitation

The Commoner Invitation is general admission to Princess Fest.

Commoner guests do not choose a court. They may explore the open areas of the event, enjoy public activities, and accompany their Princess Royal child through the experience.

Commoner Invitations are pay-what-you-can donation tickets supporting Take The Reins.

All Commoner Invitation levels include the same base admission. Choose the amount that works best for your family, or choose a higher level to help open the gate for more children in our community.

Princess Royal Invitation

The Princess Royal Invitation is a premium child ticket for children who want to become part of the main Princess Fest story.

Princess Royal guests join one of four royal courts. Each court begins at a different activity, then rotates together through all four Princess Royal experiences.

If you are purchasing Princess Royal Invitations for multiple children who want to stay together, please choose the same court for each child.

Princess Royal experiences include:

• Princess Jules’ Royal Initiation
• Alura’s Royal Tea Party
• Vira’s Courage Challenge
• The Unicorn Invasion Trail

Each Princess Royal Invitation includes event admission, a court assignment, access to all Princess Royal experiences, a quest card or keepsake, and participation in the Princess Fest story.

The Unicorn Invasion Trail

After leaving the Elf/Fairy Trail, Princess guests pass deep into the Enchanted Forest.

There, a mysterious siren call is drawing unicorns into Princess Fest.

Unicorn Wranglers will guide young guests through the trail as they follow the sound, and search for it's source.

Unicorn Trainer Badge

Not every hero wears a crown.

Some are unicorn trainers.

And some wear BOTH!

The Unicorn Trainer Badge is an optional add-on for children who want to participate in How to Train Your Unicorn, led by Princess Thala.

All guests may watch How to Train Your Unicorn, but only children with a Unicorn Trainer Badge may enter the training area and participate.

Unicorn Trainer Badge includes:

• How to Train Your Unicorn participation
• Unicorn safety and training activity
• Short led unicorn ride
• Official Unicorn Trainer Badge
• Junior Unicorn Trainer recognition throughout the Realm

Unicorn Trainer Badge:

$30 per child

A Unicorn Trainer Badge does not include event admission. Children participating in How to Train Your Unicorn must also have either a Commoner Invitation or a Princess Royal Invitation.

Timed Entry

Princess Fest uses timed entry to help manage the experience.

Please choose one arrival time when purchasing tickets:

• 10:00 AM
• 12:30 PM
• 2:00 PM

Guests should plan for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours of Princess Fest activities.

Princess Royal Invitation holders will rotate through their court experiences during their selected event window.

Unicorn Trainer Badge holders should choose a badge time that falls within their selected visit window.

Benefiting Take The Reins

Princess Fest is more than a magical day on the farm.

This event benefits Take The Reins, helping more children access horseback riding, camp, farm experiences, and the confidence-building magic of Autumn’s Gate.

Every invitation, badge, photo package, sponsorship, donation, and add-on helps open the gate for another child.

Guests may also choose to support the mission by sponsoring a Princess Royal Invitation, sponsoring a Unicorn Trainer Badge, making an additional donation, or supporting fundraising activities during the event.

Important Guest Information

Princess Fest is an outdoor farm and forest event.

Please dress for weather, walking, animals, hay, forest paths, uneven ground, and magical adventure. Costumes are strongly encouraged, but practical footwear is recommended.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Princess Fest is not a drop-off event. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

All guests age 2+ need an invitation to enter Princess Fest. Children under 2 are free.
