This weekend is predicted to be the peak of fall folliage in the South Berkshires and this is one of the best places to see it in the South Berkshires because you can see 3 states and the whole Housatonic river valley from this 1000 foot peak. If needed, we will divide into two groups, the turtles that will take their time &amp; cover less territory &amp; elevation, and the hares, who will move a little faster and cover more territory &amp; elevation.Mass Department of Conservation &amp; Recreation (DCR) is predicting peak fall colors in South &amp; Central Berkshires (the Housatonic Valley) is likely to be this weekend.
