Q-MoB Fitness Classes & Activities

Q-MoB  offers regular classes and activity groups throughout the Berkshire Region to help you have fun with other men developing a well-rounded fitness routine.

ABOUT THIS CLASS: You must purchase a $15 YMCA Day Pass to take this class. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is designed to maximize cardiovascular efficiency, increase calorie burn, and improve muscle tone within a shorter timeframe compared to traditional workouts.Outcomes (if you practice consistently 2-3 times/week):1) Enhanced Cardiovascular Health: Regular HIIT sessions can significantly improve heart health and endurance.2) Efficient Fat Loss: Due to the high-intensity nature, HIIT burns more calories in less time, making it effective for fat loss.3) Increased Metabolism: Post-exercise, your metabolism remains elevated, leading to continued calorie burn.4) Improved Muscle Tone: The varied exercises in HIIT target multiple muscle groups, leading to better overall muscle definition.5) Time-Saving: Ideal for those with a busy schedule, HIIT workouts can be completed in 20-30 minutes.IMPORTANT: The YMCA charges $15 for a Special Day Pass, which you must pay to them when you arrive at the YMCA, along with completing a waiver.
