Q-MoB  offers regular classes and activity groups throughout the Berkshire Region to help you have fun with other men developing a well-rounded fitness routine.

ABOUT THIS CLASS: Metabolic Conditioning is all about pushing your limits in a fun and sweaty way! High intensity from the beginning to end, you’ll be able to go at your pace and burn some serious calories. IMPORTANT: Please arrive 15 mins early. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Sport Performance Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist and Exercise Nutrition Specialist.Deaglan has been involved in organized sports all of his life, playing football and basketball all through high school and two years of collegiate football. By donating $25, $50, $75, or $100/month you can help to sustain the incredible variety of activities, services, and resources Q-MoB provides and assure all of these activities are accessible to men regardless of their age, income, or ability, and best of all you can avoid having to donate at each and every event you attend.
