Walking Circuit Class around an indoor track involves alternating between walking and various low-impact exercises at designated stations. This class is designed to provide a well-rounded workout in a controlled environment. Benefit Statement: A walking circuit class combines the cardiovascular benefits of walking with targeted strength and flexibility exercises, promoting overall fitness and well-being, especially for those seeking a gentler form of exercise.
