Reception: Mathieu Bitton, PARIS BLUES
Come check out the incredible photographs from Paris Blues with Mathieu Bitton in attendence!
Leica Gallery Chicago is proud to present Paris Blues, a major exhibition by acclaimed photographer, creative director, and three-time Grammy Award-winning producer Mathieu Bitton. On view from July 9 through August 23, 2026, the exhibition brings together photographs from Bitton's celebrated bestselling monograph Paris Blues (TeNeues), alongside several works created exclusively for the Chicago presentation.
A native Parisian whose career has taken him around the globe, Bitton is internationally recognized for his distinctive visual language and collaborations with some of the most influential figures in music, film, fashion, and culture. Paris Blues is a deeply personal homage to a city, its people, and the creative spirit that continues to inspire Bitton's work. Through moments both intimate and iconic, the exhibition invites viewers to experience Paris through the eyes of an artist returning home, finding beauty in the everyday and poetry in the fleeting.
