A short mindfulness session to pause, reset and recharge, with a guided body scan and simple tips to support wellbeing.
Rachel Tardito, Equality, Diversity and Wellbeing Lead from NHS Forth Valley will lead this session. Feeling busy, distracted, or stuck in “always on” mode? This short and practical session offers a chance to pause, reset, and recharge during the workday. We’ll briefly explore some of the benefits of mindfulness, take part in a guided 10-minute body scan to help reduce tension and improve focus, and finish with some simple tips and resources to support wellbeing beyond the session. No previous mindfulness experience needed.
