Rest & Receive: A Reiki Energy Healing Experience

A nourishing 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, receive, and reconnect. Enjoy guided meditation, calming breathwork, Reiki energy healing, and reflective journaling. This session will begin with a short introduction to Reiki and how energy healing can support relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Together, you'll create space to rest deeply, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect to a greater sense of inner calm and presence. No prior Reiki or meditation experience is needed. Limited to 12 participants.

About Sheila

Sheila is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, wellness retreat leader, and founder of She Flows Collective. Passionate about mind-body-soul connection, she integrates a variety of healing modalities to support transformation, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.

She has offered Reiki to both small and large groups through private sessions, wellness events, corporate experiences, and international retreats, creating intentional spaces where people can rest, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Sheila deeply believes that prioritizing mental health and well-being creates a powerful ripple effect - positively influencing individuals, families, workplaces, and communities.

• No dogs are permitted on the property.

Tickets are non-refundable. Please note that all events at Alnoba are rain or shine. If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather you will receive an email notification. If you do not get an email notifying you that the event is cancelled, that means the event is still going forward as scheduled.
