Join us for an immersive evening of rest and rejuvenation with Restorative Yoga and a therapeutic Sound Bath led by Stephanie!
Through comfortable, fully supported restorative poses, you’ll ease into deep relaxation while Stephanie’s calming guidance helps quiet the mind. As you settle into stillness, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments will wash over you promoting stress relief, emotional balance, and energetic harmony.
