We're turning the campground into a full-on Route 66 celebration, complete with live music, a retro diner experience, classic American eats, and enough nostalgia to fill a tank. Friday, June 5 | 5pm-10pmStep into The Starting Line, our clubhouse welcome area transformed with vintage signage and old school gas station props to kick off the weekend in true Route 66 fashion.Got a vintage car? Bring it out and park it with us for a chance to win a 2-night stay at Village Camp Flagstaff. Roll in, pop the hood, and let your classic be part of the Route 66 scene.Then head over to the Retro Diner Zone, where red and white checkered decor, classic picnic tables, and a road trip inspired menu set the scene. Fire up your appetite with burgers, fries, hot dogs, hand spun milkshakes, and root beer floats served all evening.Strike a pose at the Photobooth, set up on the clubhouse lawn with the San Francisco Peaks as your backdrop. On Saturday, all of Flagstaff comes alive for the official Flagstaff Route 66 Centennial Celebration, a free, family-friendly day-long event in Downtown Flagstaff (June 6, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) featuring nostalgic reenactments, a classic car show, skywriting, and streetscape art installations. Village Camp is just minutes from downtown, so you can celebrate all weekend and be right in the action. All food, beverages, merchandise, craft supplies, and activity materials are available while supplies last. Programming and offerings subject to change.
