The goal is to use frequency to aid the body and mind in finding vibrational harmony, counteracting any "blockages" created by stress and negative emotions.

There are many tools utilized during this practice. Personally I like to use the seven chakra crystal singing bowls, singing pyramids, horizon gong, element, chimes, ocean wave drum, and tuning forks.
