All tours leave from outside the Salem Armory Visitor Center at 2 New Liberty Street in Salem, please check in with Essex Heritage staff inside the Visitor Center at least 5 minutes prior to tour. If you have any questions the day of or are running late please call (978)224-2036 Due to the high demand for tickets at this time, refunds will NOT be issued if you miss your scheduled tour, we will try to make every accommodation to get you into a later tour if tickets are still available, but it's not guaranteed. (PLEASE NOTE full refunds will only be processed if cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour)
