Wildlife Experiences at the Nature Center

Join us for fun, interactive and educational programming discussing our red wolves, various raptor species, herps and more! We work to make every experience engaging for a variety of interest levels and ages.

<p>Explore the annual winter sandhill crane migration with expert naturalist Dr. David Aborn. We&#x27;ll start in our wildlife sanctuary where you will see our cranes up close, then we&#x27;ll carpool to the Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge (about an hour away) to see thousands in the wild. Tennessee Ornithological Society members will be on hand with spotting scopes. This will be a unique learning and photography opportunity. No prior experience necessary.</p>
