Overview

Join us from 6:30-7:30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month for lively, thoughtful conversation about books from a variety of genres.

Note new day and time!

Whether you are a veteran of book clubs, or just starting out, you are welcome to join us in-person as we discuss each month's title. We look forward to hearing your insights and recommendations.

April 8: The All-American, Joe Milan, Jr. (pickup mid-March)

May 13: The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, Taylor Jenkins Reid (pickup mid-April)

June 10: Parable of the Sower, Octavia E. Butler (pickup mid-May)

These are Book Club in a Bag selections. In the middle of the previous month, participants can pick up a copy at the Popular Library desk. If you prefer, you can also check Hoopla and Libby for ebooks or audiobooks, free with your DPL card.

Registration appreciated, but not required.

For questions, call Popular Library at 313.481.1369.
