Overview

A supportive space to follow through on your health, habits, and home life. We start small, take action, and get things done in real time.

Most people don’t struggle with knowing what to do they struggle with actually doing it.

The Doing Hour is a space to stop overthinking and start doing. To take action wherever you need it at this moment in time, with support.

You bring your real life:

  • health habits you’ve been avoiding
  • meals or cooking you need to get done
  • cleaning or organizing your space
  • workouts, stretching, or movement
  • emails, planning, or life admin
  • anything you keep postponing

We don’t judge it.
We don’t overthink it.
We take mindful action.

Come ready to move through a task related to your health, habits, or home life that you’ve been putting off. If you feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start, you’re welcome to bring questions or simply follow one of the optional guided experiments offered during the session. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just show up as you are with an open mind and readiness to take action.

How I'll Hold Pace

This is a structured co-working designed to help you follow through on your health and daily life habits in real time.

You are not being coached at.

You are not being told what to do.

You are being supported while you actually do what you're procrastinating on, in your real life.

We'll start by arriving in the space together with simple breathwork. The world is hecitc and we want to take a moment to ground and become more present.

You choose:

  • One health habit or home-life task you want to move forward on.
  • OR if you’re overwhelmed, you can choose from the provided “experiments" I'll give at the beginning.

Doing Time

This is a time of taking action on the intention you set or experiment you chose. The space will be here to support you, and you can lean in at any time with questions, for encouragment or brainstorming ideas together.

This is where the change happens, in real time.

Closing With Clarity

While you don't have to stay until the end, I hope you do! We'll close with a check- in to see how everyone is feeling about their doing time. Sharing is always optional, what's really important is taking time to self-reflect. Notice what shifted, what felt easy that maybe you were overthinking.

You’re also invited to come back for the next session and continue building momentum over time.

Come join one of the Hours if you...

  • Keep putting things off even when you know what to do
  • Feel overwhelmed by your health habits and home life and don't know where to start but you're ready to start/change
  • Do better when someone is there with you
  • Want a place where you can ask a question or for support as needed
  • Want to feel calm AND productive at the same time

This is real life support in real time.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • a sense of relief (you took action and did something)
  • visible progress in your real life
  • less mental clutter
  • more confidence in starting things
  • proof that you can follow through

About Meaghan

Hi👋 I’m a certified health coach, NASM CPT, 200-hour yoga instructor, and licensed veterinary technician who believes real wellbeing starts from the inside out.

My work isn’t about perfect routines or rigid rules. It’s about helping people pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in small, meaningful ways.

For years, I lived in the exhausting cycle of dieting, overthinking food, and having relentless thoughts about my body and worth. I had been sucked into the world of dieting. I eventually found my way out when I realized the real change wouldn’t come from another plan or program.

It would come from seeing my thoughts, habits, and patterns for what they are and with more compassion and awareness. That shift was the beginning of me letting go of my diet mentality and enjoying real change.

Now I help others explore their own experiments with health, self-care, and body neutrality; without judgment, pressure, or perfection. Focusing on restoring self-trust in a world that taught people not to trust themselves.

If there’s one thing I hope you take away from my work, it’s to be a little kinder to yourself.

Body neutrality ≻ body hate.
