Summer is more fun when you're fit &amp; strong! Kick off the summer season with a 45-minute all-level bodyweight workout in preparation for hiking/biking/boating/trail running/summer recreational season. We're breaking free of the bro-fitness/adventure world and it's "no pain, no gain" approach for a kinder, mental-health-informed training style that starts with listening to your body and ends with having as much fun as possible in our workouts &amp; outdoor time. Led by Sarah Histand, the creator of Summer Strong, this workout will help you assess your fitness level and build the functional strength that summer adventures - and life- demand.
