This 75 minute class will focus on Body Positive Burlesque Movement which can be followed from home via Zoom.

In this time of uncertainty, it&#x27;s crucial to keep moving in ways that are positive for the mind and body. I encourage all women 18 and older to learn to love every curve of their bodies, with this uplifting and empowering dance class.This is an online version of Brazenly Beautiful&#x27;s Live Burlesque Class. This 75 minute class will focus on Body Positive Burlesque-style movement. Please note we will not actually be stripping but rather exploring movement of the Cabaret style. You can follow from your computer or phone via Zoom. Upon registering you will be sent a link to the private group for the class.SheHive Partner: <a href="https://www.theshehive.com/jessica-v.html" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jessica Van Valkenburgh</a> will guide you through a short warm-up and then teach you a routine, to an original soundtrack created by fellow SheHive Partner, Sonya Mastick.
