What is the annual Holiday Artisan Market Ft. Student Entrepreneurs?

Our Holiday Artisan Market is an annual event hosted by House of Shine where young entrepreneurs (ages 8–18) can showcase and sell handmade products to the public. It’s a joyful, festive celebration of creativity and innovation—and a great opportunity for kids to shine. It will be November 8th 2025.

My child is interested in selling at the Artisan Market. How do we sign up?

We love that! An interest form will be available at the workshop for students who want to explore becoming a vendor at the November 8 Holiday Artisan Market. If you’re not able to attend or want to receive the form via email, just reach out to dawn@houseofshine.com, and we’ll send you the link.

Does my child need any experience to participate?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! This workshop is designed for beginners and returning makers alike. All supplies and step-by-step guidance will be provided.

What does the $10 fee cover?

Accepted Answer

Your registration fee covers all crafting supplies, instruction, and light snacks and water for participants.

Question 6

Will my child leave with a finished product?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Each student will leave with a one-of-a-kind pair of handmade hoop earrings—and maybe even the spark to keep creating.

Question 7

Is this a drop-off event or should parents stay?

Accepted Answer

This is a drop-off workshop. However, you're welcome to come inside briefly during check-in, explore our self-discovery museum, wait or pick-up to meet our team.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If the class does not meet the 8-student minimum, you will be notified and refunded. If you need to cancel your spot, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
