You’ll learn what agents truly need to know about VA loans, the biggest myths that can kill deals, how to avoid common mistakes, how to position VA offers to win in competitive situations and how to confidently advise military clients from the first conversation to the closing table.

Adam Ranville - will show you the biggest issue in real estate is not a lack of leads, it's a lack of closed leads. Last year in 2025, less than 30% of all realtors in Michigan closed a deal. This means over 70% of realtors had ZERO sales. Adam is going to teach you how to generate 10X more clients without spending any money on ads. In this session, you will learn how to make your profile more visible on Google Search and Maps, how to attract local buyers and sellers who are already looking for help and how to turn profile views into conversations. You’ll learn what to post, how to improve your reviews, how to show up in local searches and how to position yourself as the trusted real estate expert in your market.
