Slow Flow Sundays
Join us for a FREE community yoga class on Sunday, June 21st at Parlour and Ramp. An artist-led gallery located on the west side of the Pilsen neighborhood. This beginner-friendly yoga class is designed to be a warm introduction to a Hatha Yoga practice. A consistent yoga practice supports stress relief, improves balance and posture, and sharpens focus.
