Slow Flow Sundays

Join us for a FREE community yoga class on Sunday, June 21st at Parlour and Ramp. An artist-led gallery located on the west side of the Pilsen neighborhood. This beginner-friendly yoga class is designed to be a warm introduction to a Hatha Yoga practice. In a slow-paced, one hour session students will explore foundational poses, breathhwork, and meditation. A consistent yoga practice supports stress relief, improves balance and posture, and sharpens focus.

Meet the Instructor:

Tosh Thomas is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Instructor who completed training at Reflections Yoga Center in 2015. Rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, their teaching style emphasizes alignment, synching breathe to movement and meditation. This community-centered class welcomes all levels and offers an accessible introduction to a daily yoga practice.
