Ahead of the Summer of Soccer taking over Houston, you’re invited to an exclusive wellness experience at The Post Oak Hotel.

The 28th floor of the hotel will be outfitted into a "locker room" pop-up for a 45 minute fitness class and wellness experiences presented by The Spa at The Post Oak Hotel, including recovery massages, stretching sessions, healthy food & beverages offerings, and retail pop-ups.

Move, recover, and unwind.

Check-in at the lobby, next to 29° North Boutique.

6:00PM - 6:45PM
Workout
Train in a 45 minute workout class on the 28th floor of the The Post Oak Hotel, a new indoor industrial venue with 360° views of the Houston skyline.
A DJ will be mixing live during the workout class.

After class, you will be escorted to the helipad for a 10 minute scenic photo opportunity.
Weather permitting.

7:00PM – 7:45PM
Recovery at The Locker Room
Recharge with massages and guided stretching by The Spa, and enjoy a fresh Juice and Olipop bar, NUTRAFI Vitamin sprays, and complimentary retail pop-ups by BuffBunny.
Unwind with complimentary cocktails.
