Ready to get organized and stay motivated? Join one of our coaches to fill out your Weekly Setup. You'll learn how other members plan, leaving you ready to tackle the week ahead!
What sections you’ll fill in:
- Set your weekly to-dos
- Write down how you want to feel
- Identify your major three goals and habits for the week
- Fill out your meal plan
- Complete your mind-body health plan
- Tackle your shopping list
- Reflect on what you are loving
*** Learn how to repurpose certain sections for other goals!
What should you bring?
- A pen or markers
- Your Silk + Sonder Stickers
- Your Silk + Sonder journal
- Your favorite beverage
