Sonic Ecology (Featuring Live Synthesizers, Voice, Sound Bath)
Sonic Ecology: Forest & Flow is an immersive outdoor sound bath experience that invites participants to reconnect with nature and themselves
Listening to Nature. Listening to Ourselves.
What if the sounds of wind, water, birdsong, and trees are not separate from us?
What if the same rhythms that move through forests, rivers, and seasons also move through our bodies?
Forest & Flow is part of the Sonic Ecology Series, a collection of immersive outdoor sound experiences exploring the relationship between nature, sound, emotion, and wellbeing. Through live synthesizers, voice, environmental soundscapes, aromatherapy, and mindful listening practices, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect, and experience a deeper sense of presence.
Rather than escaping from daily life, this gathering offers an opportunity to listen more closely—to the natural world around us and to the inner landscapes of our own bodies and minds.
Together, we will explore how sound can become a bridge between self and environment, helping us cultivate calm, clarity, creativity, and connection.
