Napa Valley College's Community Education is offered throughout the Napa Valley with administrative offices located in St. Helena at the Upper Valley Campus. The program is comprised of workshops, fee-based classes, noncredit (no-fee) classes, educational trips and tours, special events, and short-term vocational training programs. Enjoy a variety of classes to choose from in subject areas such as the arts, writing, culinary arts, gardening/outdoors, computer literacy, modern languages and ESL.

In person, affordable, writing and transformational classes through the Upper Valley Campus in St. Helena.

Like a sonic massage, lie back and relax as you are bathed in the healing frequencies and sound waves of various instruments. From crystal singing bowls to steel tongue drums, each instrument creates a unique soundscape to help relax the body and mind and realign energy. Bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, and/or whatever else you need to feel comfortable and fully able to let go. Come unwind and relax after work and/or before the weekend! She utilizes many different healing modalities ranging from the physical to the energetic. Sound healing is a favorite of hers as the effects can be felt almost instantaneously! Using various instruments, her own intuition, experience, and knowledge, she helps to balance energies and give each person a greater sense of peace and relaxation than what he or she had before.</h4>Refund Policy: “Requests for a refund on a fee-based class not cancelled by the college must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the beginning of the class. A $5 per person processing fee will be retained on all refunds unless the class is cancelled or meeting times are changed by the college.”
