Envelop yourself in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a variety of soothing instruments as you allow your mind to drift from an active state to a relaxed and meditative state.
Please dress warmly and bring a pillow, blanket, and yoga mat, and arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can find parking and settle in. To avoid disturbing the group, the door will be closed when the session begins; latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
The event will take place in the art gallery at the Visitor’s Center.
No pets please.

Parking: $6 per vehicle until 4:30 pm
