Participants will lie down or sit comfortably while Bonnie guides the group through a sound bath using singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, followed by a gentle close.

Anything that supports your presence—a journal, pen, water, tea, blanket, mat, bolster, or simply yourself. You may find that carving out some space for your own private reflection before or after may deepen your practice.

You can find free street parking on 200 East or 900 South or park in one of our lots behind Maven CREATE off 200 East near the entrance of Art Haus or in our satellite parking lot on Edison Street, south of 900 South across from Store House.

Maven CREATE is located at 177 East 900 South and the main entrance is located on 900 South between Koo De Ker and The Land of Salt. When you arrive, please let yourself in and head to the second level to get checked in.
