Join us for the first ever face to face conference of the Southeast Region of the Missionary Church.

***Please carefully read the options below. The agenda and other important information can be found below the accommodation options.***

Hotel Accomodation with All Meals Included

• $125/person/night for Wednesday November 11
• Availability in the main lodge is purely on a first come, first served basis. There are 34 hotel-style double occupency rooms and 2 handicap accessible rooms with 1 full bed and bathroom. You can specify the need for a handicap room at checkout. Please do not specify handicap unless you're truly in need of it. Please expect to have a roommate and understand that registration is per person and not per room. The first 70 people to register will be housed in the main lodge, all following registrations will be housed in the Ginn or Maple lodges on-site (description below).
• Lodging: this includes 1 full bed in a double occupency room. Each room has its own private bathroom and private entrance. Sheets, pillows, and towels are included.
• Meals: this includes dinner on the evening of Wednesday November 11, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday November 12.

Day Passes Including Meals

• $30/person/half-day available for Wednesday the 11th/includes dinner only.
• $60/person/day available for Thursday the 12th/includes breakfast and lunch.
• Lodging: not included. This option is best for local folks that want to participate in the fellowship, sessions, and workshops without paying for overnight accommodations or those choosing off-site hotel.
• Meals: a Wednesday day pass includes dinner on the evening of Wednesday November 11th. A separate day pass will have to be purchased for Thursday, which includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday November 12.

• 8:00 - 9:00am Breakfast

• 11:00-12:30 Session #3
• 12:30 - 1:30pm Lunch
• 1:30 - 4:30pm Half Day of Prayer
• 4:30-5:00pm Session #4
• Head for Home

• Comfy shoes (meals and most lodging are in the main lodge and worship, sessions and workshops will be held at Stokely Chapel)

• Light jacket (check the weather for Newport, TN prior to packing so you can know what to expect. November in east TN can be very different year to year).
