Why do these wines end up bubbly? How do you know if they'll be sweet, slightly sweet or mouth-wateringly tart? You'll leave with a repertoire of new favorites to keep chilled in your fridge.Fox School of Wine invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting in Park CityExecutive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$45 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store.You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas... plus our signature Blind Tasting Challenge, when we pour you a taste of a wine you've already explored in class to see if you can guess which one it is.Don't we all deserve a little recess time?Reserve your tickets for this Friday! Parking is available in many locations. The entrance is in the alley just right of the Mountain Town Olive Oil doors.

CHARCUTERIE boards are available for purchase if you wish to nibble during class. This service is provided by Mountain Town Olive Oil and they can be purchased for $40 by calling 435-649-1400, by end of day on the Wednesday before your class. The board will be delivered to your table at the beginning of class.
