In June, CONVERGENCE will host its second-annual State of Philadelphia’s Affordable Homeownership Development event in conjunction with National Homeownership Month. The event’s central question is “What is needed for [private, non-profit, and other governmental partners] to achieve Mayor Parker’s lofty goal of 30,000 new and preserved units through the H.O.M.E. Initiative?”
