Linda E. Amuso will lead a discussion on rewards strategies and trends for 2026 and beyond. Linda will deliver insights into the hottest HR issues, including CEO pay ratio, merit/salary adjustment planning, evolving equity compensation practices, retention of critical employees, and pay transparency and hiring practices.
