This class bridges the gap between gentle movement found in Balance and Mobility and more advanced strength training in Everyday Strength

Level 2- Build strength and confidence with Strength Foundations (45 min).

Strength Foundations is an intermediate class that sits between Balance and Mobility and our Everyday Strength class at Behavioral Fitness. Strength Foundations is designed to help you safely build muscle, improve stability, and gain confidence in your body.

This class bridges the gap between gentle movement found in Balance and Mobility and more advanced strength training found in Everyday Strength.

What to expect:

  • Structured strength exercises using dumbbells and simple equipment
  • A chair at every station for support, balance, and transitions
  • Focus on proper form, control, and stability
  • A steady, approachable pace—challenging, but not overwhelming

This is a progression class—helping you move from feeling cautious to feeling capable.
