Stretch & Rest is a gentle, slow-paced yoga experience designed to help the body release tension and the nervous system slow down.
This 75-minute class blends long-held, supported yin-style stretches with deeply restful restorative poses to encourage softness, ease, and deep rest. The focus is not on pushing, sweating, or “working out,” but on creating space for the body and mind to settle.
Held in a quiet home-based studio, this intentionally small-group experience is designed to create a calm, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace. All poses are optional and can be modified, adjusted, or skipped at any time.
This class may be especially supportive if you:
- feel tense, tight, or overstimulated
- have difficulty slowing down or fully relaxing
- want a gentler alternative to traditional yoga classes
- are new to yoga or returning after time away
No prior yoga experience is required.
All props are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you’d like, though mats are also available.

**To help preserve a calm and uninterrupted environment, late entry is not permitted. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early.
