About Carol and Jeff: Carol and Jeff are avid outdoor enthusiasts who’ve been enjoying the natural world for many years. They are members of the Friends of the Fells, The Trustees, Mass Audubon, Sudbury Valley Trustees, Acton Conservation Trust, Arlington Land Trust, Essex Greenbelt, Lincoln Land Conservation Trust / Rural Land Foundation, Newton Conservators, Friends of Fresh Pond Reservation, The Cape Ann Trail Stewards and The Massachusetts Archaeological Society, Inc. They absolutely love hiking in the Fells & frequently participate in numerous hiking and nature programs.

About the hike:Please join Carol and Jeff on a slower paced hike beginning at Upper Sheepfold Parking Lot in Stoneham, MA. We'll make our way to Bear Hill Tower then back down and onto a wooded trail. There will be some gradual elevation gain to Bear Hill Tower. Trails are often rocky and rooty.

You may want to bring a hat, water bottle, bug spray along with a hiking pole (if needed).
