Nutrition and Health promotes a healthy lifestyle by eating right and exercising.

Join our strength training classes designed for mid-life and older adults. Includes resistance training, balance exercises, and flexibility exercises.Small group instruction and equipment will be provided. Build fitness at your own pace, with our encouragement and guidance.This is a 6 week program that meets 2 times each week. We ask that participants do their best to attend all sessions.Schedule: Jan 30 -March 7, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.Pre-registration is required. The $17.99 registration fee covers all 6 weeks (12 classes)We have a very limited amount of space and equipment. So register early.
