You are invited to attend our Annual Summer Social &amp; Wine Tasting Fundraiser to support our two community partners: Loaves and Fishes Family Kitchen &amp; ONEHOPE Wine – A Perfect Pair! Both organizations serve the needs of the community but in very different ways.We will enjoy hearing stories about both organizations – while <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/juleem/" title="https://www.linkedin.com/in/juleem/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Julee Moore</a>, ONE HOPE Wine Cause Entrepreneur, will invite us to sample six different wines, which will be “paired” with a delicious charcuterie board. Take notes during the tasting and enter the drawing to win a bottle of wine. Julee will also share her story and explain how to get involved with ONE HOPE. Should you decide to buy any wine from ONE HOPE, 10% of any purchases through the end of September 2024 will be donated to Loaves and Fishes = Perfect Pair!

Learning Objectives:1. Learn about ONEHOPE Wine and how we give back to your Community;2. Taste six different wines and determine which ones are favorites and what they pair best with;3. Understand that any purchases will help support Loaves and Fishes. Guests will also learn that they can continue to help support the cause by sharing the event link.

Our guests are hungry families, children, low-income seniors, veterans, students, and disabled individuals.Founded in 1980, Loaves &amp; Fishes is one of the largest nonprofit prepared meal providers in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. We are the last line of defense for the most vulnerable among us. We are driven to create as many avenues as possible to ensure anyone needing a meal has access to nutritious and quality food.<a href="https://www.onehopewine.com/" title="https://www.onehopewine.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ONEHOPE Wine</a>ONEHOPE Wine's mission is to share wine and give hope, which fulfills the purpose of nourishing the future. They do it by giving to organizations that provide access to clean water, hunger relief, health research, and education. In addition, we proudly empower our community to support local non-profits that matter most to them. They are a world-class winery with a foundation of hope and serve as a home base for our brand. It is here where they craft the unforgettable wine that makes an impact. In addition, when you buy their wine, they donate 10% of all purchases to our designated charity – Loaves and Fishes Family Kitchen.

She also is the co-owner of Pals For Paws Pet Sitters LLC. Her love for animals is one of the reasons she was drawn to ONEHOPE Wine. The wine-tasting events she personally hosts benefit a variety of animal rescue-related charities. Julee loves to share the philanthropic mission and award-winning wines of ONEHOPE through fun and informative virtual and in-person wine tastings. She can help you raise money for your favorite 501(c)(3) by hosting a virtual or in-person event and providing the opportunity to join her team as a Cause Entrepreneur.

<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-hott-92807490" title="https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-hott-92807490" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">David Hott, CEO of Loaves and Fishes Family Kitchen</a>With an educational background in Collaborative Health and Human Services from the University of California Monterey Bay, David has extensive work experience in food recovery and corporate leadership. He currently serves as the CEO at Loaves &amp; Fishes in Silicon Valley, the home of the A La Carte Food Recovery Program. Additionally, David holds a board position in the Northern California Recycling Association (NCRA) and is certified as a practitioner of zero waste principles and practices by SWANA. He is also a member of the Edible Food Recovery Technical Council Executive Committee at the California Resource Recovery Association (CRRA). Recently, David completed an MBA in Responsible Business at the University of California Monterey Bay. Outside of work, David, a San Francisco Bay area native, enjoys spending his free time as a wilderness guide in the backcountry of Yosemite.
