Celebrate the arrival of true summer with us at Hirundo Wildlife Refuge for an evening of bonfires, community, crafts, and fun outdoors!
Join us at Hirundo Wildlife Refuge on Friday, June 20th, from 5–9pm for an evening celebrating the arrival of summer and the season of long, vibrant, sun-filled days. While the official summer solstice arrives the following day, we’re gathering a little early to enjoy the light, warmth, and abundance that make this time of year so special.
Gather around the bonfire, enjoy lawn games, create summer-inspired crafts (materials provided), enjoy smores and other snacks and spend time with friends, old and new. Guests are welcome to BYOB.
Whether you come to connect with nature, enjoy time with community, or simply unwind outdoors on a warm June evening, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
We can’t wait to celebrate the start of summer with you!
