Join Loto's Healing Artists in Residence, Alice Smyth, and Jennifer Axcell for a 2-hour sound meditation and forest bathing experience to weave a collective frequency of energy to welcome Summer. This outdoor event blends breathwork, intentional movement, guided meditation, and the vibrational medicine of authentic Tibetan Tones™ therapeutic singing bowls.

The sound of the bronze bell metal bowls has a distinct effect on the heart-mind connection that reharmonizes and uplifts the clouded/restless/anxious mind in all of us. We will practice Pranayama deep breathing to bring us into the present moment, enhance the ability of the lungs to eliminate toxins, and restore heart rate variability.

We will then rest in the sonic vibrational waves of Tibetan Tones® therapeutic singing bowls to bring the brain into the dream state. Our event ends with a guided body scan meditation. 

This gathering invites us to ask:

What wants to burn brighter? What no longer belongs in the fire I am becoming?

Together, we will tend the inner flame.
