More about Lea Gume:
Lea discovered her passion for food through learning about the connection between what we eat, our health, and the world around us. That led her to various corners of the food industry, from advocacy, volunteer farming, to cooking in restaurants. In her personal projects, she is most inspired by celebrating what’s in season, exploring color, and experimenting with both classic and creative flavors and techniques.
More about Communion Wines:
Communion Wines celebrates the adundance of the Great Lakes region through the production of wine and cider. The project was formed in 2020 by four friends who have a history of collaboration on creative projects in the DIY music scene of Chicago. They source fruit from vineyards and orchards in western Michigan and northern Indiana. Their wines are often a blend of hybrid and vinifera grapes and co-fermentation alongside fruits: apples, pears, plums and cherries. They primarily produce Pet-Nat style wines.
More about Tomato Mountain Farm:
Tomato Mountain Farm is your ticket to the most nutrient-dense & highest quality food in the Midwest. Tomato Mountain Farm was founded by Chris Covelli in 1993 with a lot of grit and a true love for the land in Brooklyn, Wisconsin. Their CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model connects people directly to the farm and farmers growing their food and provides folks with access to local, organic or sustainably grown fruits and vegetables. We're honored to feature their fruits and vegetables in our menu.
