Do I have to have a library card to attend a lesson?

No. You do not have to have a library card to attend a lesson. A library card is only needed if you wish to checkout one of the ukuleles from the library.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes. Lessons are for persons 7 years of age and up.

Are lessons for adults as well?

Yes. Any age from 7 and up is welcome to attend lessons.

Can I bring my own ukulele?

Yes. You may bring your own ukulele or check one out from the library with your library card.

Join us at Sweetwater Valley Library located in the Austell Threadmill Complex for free ukulele lessons on Saturdays at 12:30pm. Lessons are provided by the West Georgia Ukulele Ensemble. Ukuleles are available for 1-week checkouts with your library card. Registration required.
