Do I have to have an RV to attend a huddle?

No! For the Nevada huddle, we have a block of hotel rooms reserved nearby for attendees to stay in. Info about the room block will be in your confirmation email under "Additional Information". Some attendees also rent RVs if they want the RV experience and stay on site.

Does my huddle admission ticket include my rv site?

Accepted Answer

No, the huddle admission ticket does not include your rv site. You rv site for the Nevada Huddle is an "Add On" ticket. This includes the 4 night stay of the huddle.

Do you accommodate dietary needs?

Accepted Answer

Due to the wide range of dietary needs, caterers typically aren't able to accommodate all of them. A few weeks before the start of the huddle, a meal schedule will be released so you can make any necessary arrangements for your personal needs.

Where do I find specific huddle information?

Accepted Answer

Once you purchase your huddle admission ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email. In that email, scroll down to the "Additional Information" section for huddle specific info!

Can I book additional dates at the RV park beyond the huddle days?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if availability allows!  Instructions on how to do so will be in your confirmation email under "Additional Information".
