Do you have to have an RV to attend a huddle?

Accepted Answer

No! Many huddle locations have tiny homes or cabins available to stay in or nearby hotels are a great option too. Some attendees also rent RVs if they want the RV experience and to stay on site.

Can I book additional dates at the RV park beyond the huddle days?

Accepted Answer

Yes, instructions on how to do so will be in your confirmation email under "Additional Information".

Question 3

Do you accommodate dietary needs?

Accepted Answer

Due to the wide range of dietary needs, caterers typically aren't able to accommodate all of them. A few weeks before the start of the huddle, a meal schedule will be released so you can make any necessary arrangements for your personal needs.

Where do I find specific huddle information?

Accepted Answer

Once you purchase your huddle admission ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email. In that email, scroll down to the "Additional Information" section for huddle specific info!

Does my huddle admission ticket include my rv site?

Accepted Answer

No, in order to reserve your site. You will need to contact the rv park. Please call Hickory Hill Family Camping Resort at 607-776-4345 befor purchasing your huddle admission ticket as all sites have now been released to the general public.
