‘Take Up Space’ is a reminder that yoga is for EVERYbody. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, this welcoming all-levels class invites you to move, breathe, and show up fully as yourself.Together, we’ll create space to honor individuality, cultivate strength and ease, and celebrate the beauty of community — both on and off the mat. ***Please bring your own mat and we'll meet you in our Beverly Snow Room on the 2nd Floor of the Hotel.

About Kaya: Kaya's love for movement radiates with joy, purpose and gratitude and can be felt in each one of the classes that she leads. Originally from New Jersey, Kaya discovered the many benefits of yoga for her own personal practice and shortly after received her yoga certification.
