Meet Your Host: Lalita

Lalita is a Miami-based embodiment guide, intimacy architect, wellness practitioner, and founder of Temple Lioness.

With over 16 years of experience in yoga, therapeutic bodywork, Qi Gong, energy healing, Taoist arts, somatic practices, and conscious relationship work, she helps individuals and couples reconnect with their vitality, truth, and authentic expression.

A second-generation disciple in the Heavenly Essence Qi Gong lineage, Lalita blends movement, breath, touch, and intuitive guidance to support healing, nervous system regulation, personal transformation, and deeper connection.

Through private sessions, mentorship, classes, and retreats, she creates spaces where people can release what no longer serves them, embody their fullest potential, and come home to themselves.
