We focus on developing and facilitating programs, initiatives, and community events that promote wellness, connection, and progress. Our impactful programs include Mental Health Hikes of Healing, Free Farmers Markets, Young Men’s Leadership Program, College Readiness Program, and Domestic Violence Prevention Workshops—all designed to foster resilience and opportunity. TBN GameDay 2025: A Day of Fun, Community, &amp; Friendly CompetitionThe Black Neighborhood (T.B.N.) is committed to creating safe and authentic spaces for the Black community through mental health initiatives, youth mentorship, food distribution, and community wellness events. We are unwavering in our dedication to empowering individuals and fostering unity, providing resources and support to ensure every person in the Black community has the opportunity to thrive. Join us for TBN GameDay 2025! This event is all about bringing the community together for a fun-filled day of friendly competition, good music, and great vibes. Whether you’re here for the kickball, relay races, or just to enjoy the energy of the day, GameDay 2025 promises to be a celebration of community, connection, and empowerment. <h3>What to Expect:</h3><ul><li>Kickball (Adult-only)</li><li>Water Balloon Toss</li><li>"Steal the Bacon"</li><li>Relay Races</li><li>Food, Fun, &amp; More!</li></ul>While this event is primarily for adults, families are welcome to attend! Kids can participate in many of the games, but kickball is reserved for adults, and please note the adult-oriented music and atmosphere. By joining us, you accept all risks and waive any claims against the event organizers.</li><li>Health and Fitness: You confirm that you are physically able to participate. If you have any concerns, it’s a good idea to consult a healthcare professional before joining in.</li><li>Release of Liability: You release the event organizers, sponsors, and associated personnel from any liability or claims related to your participation in the event.</li><li>Use of Likeness: You agree to let us use photos, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.</li><li>Alcohol Consumption: As this event is held in a public park, alcohol consumption is not encouraged or facilitated by the organizers. Participants who choose to bring alcohol are expected to act responsibly and adhere to local laws. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event.</li></ul>
