Overview
Come to “The HeartMoves™ Experience.” Heal, Enhance and Empower Yourself using the FIRST Heart-Shaped Exercise Device (HEART® Connector).
In this class you will be introduced to the HEART® which enables you to connect to yourself through alignment and stretching. You will immediately have access to the underlying energies we strive for in both Yoga and Tai Chi.
You will do Solo movements, improvisational movement and unique connective partner and group work that is fun and builds community.
This class will be introduced to us by the inventor of the HEART®, Paul Widerman, and Fatima Deen, Wellness Center Facilitator at People’s Place
